I think Mark needs to enjoy his car a little longer, before he goes out and rapes it on the drag strip. It cost a crap load of time and money to get the car to this stage. You too would want to enjoy your car for a while and actually drive it for a change.[:0]

Yeah, its much more rewarding enjoying your toy than fixing it[%]

Look out for Fast Fours magazine in the near future. Apparently there will be an RS2000 somewhere on the pages[;^)]

Mark

It was great to see the RS2000 at Eastern Creek Drags a few weeks back and meet you of course.

Was quite amazing as it was my first time to the drags in about 15 years as Adelaide Drags has been closed for ages now.

Was some good times you ran also. Sounded great taking off.

Cheers
Andrew

Hi Andrew, thanks for coming over for a chat. Look out for one more attempt at WSID. This time with Lokka and an improved 60 foot…

60 foot was not the quickest getting it out of the hole. Lokka would do it very well. Good luck with the improvements.

Then we find the next weak link.
Have you Checked the uni joints in the tail shaft?

Good luck, it will be more predictable with a Detroit Lock diff.
It's only if you break an axle under acceleration things get a little scary[:u]

All uni joints have done less than 1000kms. The re-splined axle will be the weak link.

This is how she looks today.
The only foreseen changes are to be a ball bearing turbo, larger of course, external gate and custom exhaust manifold.
