MK2 Escort ghia to RS2000 replica with sr20det conversion

Hey guys started a mission of a project. Bought this 4 door Ghia for 700 and busted bottom end sr20det for 250. So far I have stripped both engine and car and started cutting out all the rust in the body. I have decided to go a 4 link rear suspension with coilovers and watts linkage, engine mounts welded onto chassis rail, there is a thread on driftworks where a guy did that and it looked so much simpler than modifying the crossmember. Also am going to upgrade rear brakes to discs and an LSD diff (although not sure whether to go a borg warner, hilux, Ford 9" or just add lsd to english axle diff). RB25 box and twin plate clutch behind the sr20 as hopefully going to make close to 400hp from the sr.
Engine so far has SRP 86.5 Forged pistons, Forged Manley H rods, 272 Tomei Cams in/ex, BC Valve springs. That's so far. when I get some more spare cash I will have the crank from underdrive to clutch pressure plate balanced and block assembled, probably by Mendhams, 510POM feel free to PM me some suggestions (are you still in QLD?). Then I will start on the head. I will be making my own custom intake plennum, will look similar to the JUN intake plennum. 75mm TB will go on.
Also will be modifying an S15 dash and centre console to fit in and custom door cards. modified RS2000 nosecone but keeping that a secret until it bolts on :P.
Thats about it so far. Will post pics when I can. Any HELPFUL suggestions from guys that have done it or links to places I can get stuff would be awesome and greatly appreciated, as this is my first full build.

Nice work mate! Sounds like a good setup...
Check out my build thread my engine mounts r based off the chassis rails...
As for the diff ive gone a hilux diff but if i was to do it again i would go borgwarner jus for ease of ratios and lsd etc
If your only after 400hp id recomend going tomei 260s... There a good all round cam and suit a gt3076r nicely!

Also i have a z32 gearbox adpator plate for sale if ur keen... Z32 box runs the same internals as an rb25box but the housing is a bit smaller... Im in brisbane...

Awesome. How much do you want for the adaptor plate?
I have the cams already but if someone wanted to swap I wouldn't say no....
I have an xr8 boss bonnet bulge going on to it too.

I used standard dash in my car, unless you are chasing different looks
Dont see any reason to change dash.
There is some random photos/info in my rs thread.

Sorry I haven't posted anything for quite a while. A lot has happened personally so haven't spent much time on the build.
So I am going coilovers in the rear and have a borgwarner diff out of a falcon. The issue is I think I am going to have to take it to a suspension shop as I am unable to find any useful info online about mounting the rear strut towers in a 4door escy.

Engine wise i have got BC stage 3 cams, billet crank, BC springs and titanium retainers. Will assess if I need to upgrade valves when i have a chance. Not sure the history of the head so am thinking its probably a good idea to upgrade. I have also bought a GTX3071R genuine garret turbo.
