SHELL (prepared by Geoff Wade, Victoria), seam welded, fibreglass bubble arched, gusseted, completely stripped to bare metal repainted in Rapid Yellow Ford colour Most parts are brand new, laminated windscreen new Black headlining, new black carpets and underlay, New 3 master cylinder Pedalbox, used Scheel seats front and rear, 8000 rpm 140 mph 6 dial instrument cluster, extra instrument panel that sits on tunnel and has 4 gauges fitted, plus ignition button and fuel pump switch, plus Battery isolation switch. All door, window and boot seals have been replaced with new ones. Aluminium Race radiator. Bilstein Capri struts on the front which have been converted to coilovers with Alloy adjustable strut tops. Rose jointed Adjustable TCA's, Anti dive kit, World Cup Crossmember. Rear end has English axle fitted with Tramp Rod kit, Watts linkage rose jointed, Brand new Tran X Limited Slip Diff 3.54 CWP. New fully adjustable (externally) GAZ rear shocks.
Brakes on the front are Willwood 4 piston callipers and mounts, with vented cross drilled callipers, all unused, and hubs have long studs all round.
Rear brakes are R31 callipers and Audi discs. Wheels all round plus spare are 13 x 7 Superlites, brand new fitted with slightly used Yokahama semi slicks. Spare has alloy post to mount in boot. Fuel tank is a brand new imported foam filled 12 gallon alloy tank and fittings, new electric fuel pump, fuel filters and braided hoses and all alloy fittings.
MOTOR (built by Roger Cation & Glenn Badger, Albany) has been fully rebuilt with all new ancillaries. It has not been started or tuned. Bob Campbell Race Engines; machine big end journals to suit 5.700” Chev rods, main bearings to -0.010”, balance with flywheel, clutch and Turbosport light weight crank pulley. Fit new cam belt drive gear FT1041 and spigot bearing FP347. Eagle ESP-5700PLW long H-beam connecting rods and Ross Racing Pistons short compression height forged pistons 80177 weight matched and balanced. Fitted Hastings race rings file to fit 2M5544030, Clevite CB745HN race big end bearing shells, Clevite MS-1084-25 main bearing shells.
Assemble short block with above parts and Burton steel flywheel FT249, ARP flywheel bolts 151-2801, Extreme Race Clutch, new sump plug and washer and full new gasket set. Cylinder head:Fit hardened exhaust seats, port and polish, port match to manifolds, check chamber capacity and machine head face for 11:1 compression ratio, fit new core plug, fit new SI Valves stainless steel GRP1 big valves and stem seals, Kent race double valve springs, alloy retainers FT1034, triple groove cotters FT1035, new ball studs and lock nuts FT1014, new Kent cam followers KCCF36 and retaining springs FT1016S, new spray bar FT1059, heavy duty cam bearing set FT482S, Crane FOR-310-8 camshaft and Turbosport light weight adjustable cam timing pulley, ARP head stud kit 151-4201.
