Unboosted brakes

.625 and .750 is an excellent starting point, you'll probably find its pretty close if not spot on. Masters are pretty cheap, so not a big issue if you need to change.

Dont mean to hijack your thread, but are you aware wilwoods are not engineered for cars in QLD,
 
I looked at a set all round for my Mk1 Cortina, and been told by my engineer not allowed,
 
I know cars have this and that should not be on the road etc, but in the instance should TMR pull you up, might get a hard time, food for thought perhaps?

Yer im aware the dust boot issue and yer as said wilwood make calipers with them... I havent got the caliper yet my brakes are already mod plated ;)
I spoke with motorsport tools in the uk were im getting the pedal box from and they said the pedal box with those masters is a direct replacement for the booster and pedalbox

How does this work for you guys interstate? So you can get your car fully road legal for modifications but mods don't actually need to be completed???is this how it is in qld or am I missing something?coz I am ready to move there if it is😄

And not to tread on any toes, i got mine all engineered, before the cut off 1 Nov 2012, before QLD adopted the new NCOP, and this was in effect  on 1 Apr 13, so in a sense if an engineer was to be audited, and TMR turn up and find that the application and car does not match, could require some explaining, but in saying that say you pulled the car apart again and started again,
 
However the mod plate is not affixed to the car yet, but i must ensure that i follow the orginal application, or close to, so QLD for the win? State of Origin perhaps!!
