The engine still has not arrived in my hands, so can say I do not have what I paid for at present.
I am still taking your word that it was dropped off at the depot.
As you know we have had text transaction which I had not advertised on here as I have been waiting for further result.
if you are in business of buying and selling parts you will know EFT Electronic Funds Transfer Not 4 day wait for cheque to clear!
EFT is money in your hand next business day to withdraw No bank hangs on to EFT to clear.
After my short stint of 25 years of being self employed with a P/L Company I know when funds leave my account and I know when an EFT comes in,
I can use that money immediately, I do have to wait for cheque money to clear 4 days not EFT.
You were payed by P/L Company transaction with positive funds, not cheque, not over draught.
I will keep everyone informed
Mark, when the motor arrives as advertised the matter will be settled !

Just too all you keyboard warriors i am certainly not one to rip anyone off and im well known through out for working on Harleys and sending parts for them all over Australia i am into racing my own Harley so as for this i have not much to do with this stuff so maybe if you want to come and visit me my number is on here to contact me you just never know who is on the other end and oh sorry im not on a computer all my life as i have a life and business to run. now too paul yes your carbies did take time but you got them and maybe get your facts right i chopped my big toe off no big deal but accidents happen. too jaycees i don't control banks and as for your money it took 4 days too clear into my bank so i wasn't sending you or anyone else i deal with a part or item until money is cleared you were told when engine would be dropped off and it was so maybe best clear up what is on here thanks hope this elaborates too all

Hi, thought everyone might like to be brought upto date.
it is always buyer beware isn't ?
before I bought this, I was assured its a good and going engine with "no" thrashed issues from dyno or other.
here is some pics,
missing a rocker stem and spring , just not there not even in the rocker cover ant where,
wet burnt oil on top of pistons,
only one set of valves in and out dry,
spark plugs never had a spark on them but that's nothing is it ?
the sumps off and not any better there, black burnt oil
and the gearbox . . . bell housing looks interesting
will keep images coming but it is not the fast street engine as ready to go as was advertised Mark,
now I have 2 pinto engines to build 
 
 
 

Sorry to hear and I think we have all had an occasion where what was paid for is far from what was advertised - myself included (but not from a purchase on here)!!

I agree caveat emptor, it was the add:

You can't have this if internal parts are missing and its clagged out.
I have karma on my side,
The seller is just a toxic germ and he was here to have all of us, only he new what we didn't.
His word is not worth . . . . . .
I will deal with it, he knows that.
We are just the keyboard warriors in his word.
 

I've got the other one for sale and if anyone is serious I will take the car to Maryborough speedway on the 13 th July for a test ,this engine is the current Australia number 2 in it he open national modified class.
