Few escorts, destined for the scrap
A mate/mates family of mine are about to take 3 escorts (and a whole lot of other cars) to the scrap yard. 2 are 4 doors, the other is a 2 door. Shells are unmovable as they are up on blocks and fairly rusted out. Beyond my capabilities anyways. Most things have already been taxed by my mate, but the old man said they need to go. From memory one has a sunroof, and all the glass was there. Seen a few struts and diffs, gearboxes, unknown condition as he had blown countless up. Just thought I would see if anyone needed any odd bits or bobs before they went? I'll be going up there in the coming days, maybe the weekends to get a few things for myself. Spewing as there were two round headlight "FORD" grilles that were damaged :( Let me know if you need anything and I can have a look see.

Might be a bit of an ask, but I'm chasing a set of door window glass for a mk2 four door (moving glass only, don't need the front and rear qtr windows), problem is I'm in North Queensland & I'ld need it packaged up and labelled for my courier to collect....

Hi Jimmy,
Have got a busted-ass 4 door here in Townsville that will eventually go to scrapper. All the glass is complete but would have to check its condition. Might just be dirty but I can check if you're interested. Y ou could come down and collect it and would only charge a carton for it if it's any good.

Got a 2 dr looking for all the hoses for the window washers and the rubber bushing on the radiator support panel that the bar for holding the bonnet goes into. Cheers Paul

Interested Len, would appreciate if you can check the condition. As above chasing moving glass only; two of my windows have deep scores from poorly fitted exterior trim clips of all things Cheers James

Hi are they Mk1 if so are they pre 72( lay over shocks )if so I am after a floor that is not to rusty I have a truck with a Crain if you can get close enough 2 door or 4 door no dif

hi there.
Im chasing a late model MK2 escort heater core. Would any of the cars you have be later in the MK2 range and have a good condition heater core per chance?.
My car is 1980. If you could send me the measurements on the core that would be great. The earlier mk2 heater core is the same width, but not as high from what i understand?.

Hi Jim, Glass on first 4 door broken when shell rolled over, however we are stripping another one and glass is in good nick, tinted. Will probably just pull all the doors off it, rather than just struggle to get glass pulled out of it Doors are pretty rough so if you want and have a trailer you could collect them as they are. Timewise I wouldn't be able to strip them down. See what you reckon. Len
