Any painters on here?

Hi
Well painted the mk1 yest in the garage, 2 pak solid colour turned out ok but due to me rushing put too much thinners in the second coat and it put big runs everywhere! i carried on and put a third on.
My question is whats the best way to get the runs out, or is it a case of rub it back and blow her over again?
Any help greatly appreciated!!

you can rub them out with a hard rubber block and p800 which chops them off then finish with ultra fine p2000 also you can get a single edge razor blade and scrape along the run  then finish with fine paper but it can be tricky and if you have lots of runs you may as well flat them back and repaint also dont use too much thinner in two pack aprox 5% as you will loose gloss you need a 1.3 setup on your gun and 3bar air pressure to give good atomisation if your going to polish it allow 24hrs to air dry first after a couple of days hardening it will become harder to get a shine up  with the buff use a sponge pad and Farecla g3 for best results
