Fuel tank plumbing mk1

Hi All
 
Just went to refit the tank into my mk1 (standard tank in rear quarter)
Now can anyone tell me the route the overflow/ breather pipe takes? my father in law took tank out and i have no idea of where it runs/ exits the shell
