M16 calipers to RS/Capri struts
Hi i'm looking for some 7/16 unf bolts with 12mm shoulder. Are these available in oz? I've been to three fastner shops today. No one has them.
There's some in the UK but are longer to suit vented discs. I'm going to run solids. Would it be acceptable to use these with the washer under the bolt head instead of using it as a spacer?
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130835499754&fromMakeTrack=true&ssPageName=VIP:watchlink:top:en
I found a page where they used 12mm bolt with shoulder then reduced the thread from 12mm to 7/16 with a die set

Any help would be great thanks
