Mk1 RS2000 Escort

I was just doing some research on a project.
I've been collecting images & info along the way
Just read the Germans are responsible for putting the Pinto in the escort and apart from the firewall mods. they took off the fan on the motor and put a thermo in from of the radiator, who has images of this please?
Next, was the tacho 7 or 8RPM ?
Was the speedo in MPH only or both with Kil inside ?
What did the 4 small guages look like ?
and also just read that if a customer want bubble arches and the widest tyres then AVO built it, how wide were they ?
who can help with facts please
thanks Jim
I have 2 different types of 6 dial guages

I will help with the tach and speedo, MK1 RS were 8000 RPM and 130 MPH (100% on the tacho, 99% certain on the speedo) Other than this the dash looks pretty much identical to a twin cam dash

    Make it go FASTER!

Mk 1 RS2000's as supplied to Australia had a 7000rpm tacho, same as European delivered ones and a 200kph speedometer. European RS2000 mk1's had dual scale (kph & mph)
speedos. I'm not sure if the dual scale lasted all the way thru from 73 to 75.  The 8000rpm/140mph dashes were for the twincams & RS1600 derivatives. Not sure what mexico derivatives had. The 4 minor gauges have the same functions throughout but are subtlety different in markings/colours/symbols on the different models.
Bubble arches were an option that could be fitted during vehicle modification at the AVO factory before delivery. 7x13 genuine minilites could then be specified too.
