Thread/bolt size for crossmember to body??

as above need to know the bolt size??  as the beater has lost mine ??3/8 UNF about 1.5 long??

    I have 3/8 UNF in my paperwork.  Not sure if that's for MKI or MKII though.

    Hey mate, good idea to drill straight up through the chassis legs and fit sleeves with 1/2" bolts and nuts the whole way through. Adds heaps of extra strength to the crossmember. All the race cars do this.
