Zetec

Hi,
Fitting a Zetec engine to an Anglia Wagon.
Will get a fair bit of stick and occasional runs at Street meet Drags.
What is the idea temp to run the engine. I will be able to program the Electric fan and the Electric water pump via the EMS as desired.
