MK1 escort, Pinto- Radiator options

There's some alloy rads on ebay for around the $250 mark. Can anyone vouch for these? I know the quality can be very poor with some of the alloy items. My other option is to pinch the brackets from a 1.6 rad and put them on (reversed) to a 2L rad. But the core needs decalcifying so all up $150 for the fomoco set up.

Heavy duty cores come in @ $360.

I have it all sorted now. 2L rad with 1.6 reversed brackets.

Yep, that's a cracker deal Matt.
The core I'm using is 2 row, heavy duty (high FPI) so no need to upgrade.
