Speak with them and ask/demand a replacement. I had 2 do the same thing and both were replaced. I would expect them to pay to send out the new one at their cost. If they want the old one back then they should pay for it too. I don't think it is a gasket issue as there is an o'ring that seals it. Seems to be the actual housings that are warped. #2
