    I didn't even know they were an option for the TC. Thought they were just MK2?
     
    Fill me in? Why? Something to do with ADR's?

    The Fin on the bonnet would dislodge on impact and spear through the windscreen. You can still bye the side fins today on ebay but the bonnet one was recalled very early after its release.  I have never seen another set of three. I will add that pins that held it on were part of the casting and this was the problem as they would snap off very easily the one on this car as pictured have had the pins removed and hardened metal ones drilled and taped in along with locking nuts.
