Throttle cable/accel cable

i was after a longer cable..... to suit mk2 escort obvioulsy my carby has been relocated so need extra length of cable. what do you guys recommend?
have any of you bought an off the shelf item?

    I had one made up by cable guy - located at Beerwah. Cost about $40.
     
    I also heard there is a cable business on Brisbane Rd Labrador - the Gold Coast guys might be able to give you a bit more detail
     
    They were able to customise the lenth and had the connections to suit

    Thanks David. so it seems i have to get custom stuff done? thats ok, i was hoping i could have bought a cable to suit escort pedal and then alter the carby end!!
