Very nice work. Though it's not helping me try and talk myself out of wanting another RS. [xx(]

The car looks great, Jimmy, good to see more photos of it!
The hweels look fantastic too, great choice.
One question, where did you source the boot latches from? Interested in getting a pair.

Jimmy, The car is going fine, I had it out at Oran park on the 7th of Feb. The twin webers made a huge difference. It ran sweet all day, and even held an AC Cobra replica at bay through the back part of the GP circuit, I did get smoked on the straight pretty badly though by the Cobra and some Aussie legends. I have some video footage but dont know how to post it. I can't wait for the supersprint at Oran in April, Will you be there?

tex the car soundz like its performing good. I will go(oran park) to watch, the RS is in hibernation mode until I move to my new house(if it ever gets finished)and Dont have the room or time to start the zetec/diff conversion before we move. Im getting edgy though............. Thinking about getting it regoed so I dont miss out on the NSW cruises. On a side note.Has your Escort got a alloy cage in it.? Can you run in CAMs events such as supersprints and hill climbs with it.

Alloy cages are fine for club level hillclimbs and supersprints

The cage is regulation steel, built to meet cams specs. The car should meet Improved production requirements. Supersprints and club stuff is way more relaxed than cams circuit racing events.

yeh OK I read somthing on another forum that suggests they are banned from any CAMs affiliated event ,I couldnt see why?
Has there been any recent changes to the CAMS rules relating to cages.?
I want to fit a diagnal cross bar and door intrusion bars, but only if I can still use the alloy cage. Only for the mentioned events
