Unfortunately, I have been unable to find any data on how many Capri's were produced in which colours. Sadly, my best contact with the Ford Company, Adrian Ryan, passed away a few years back and I fear that no one in the company now has the wherewithal to explore those long forgotten days of manufacturing, unless of course, someone else as a lead or two! The challenge is therefore on!!

I agree Glen; an on-line register is the only answer to attempting to know how many Capris are left and with what equipment. Maybe a petition with heaps of signatures might convince FoMoCo that we need their help via FOI (freedom of information) ? They couldn't possibly be so inept to have lost or destroyed all traces of their products could they ? *********************************************************************************** URGENT..........before the soon-to-close-down factory has everything thrown away or destroyed, maybe someone here knows someone at Ford to try and grab info & stuff NOW...........before it's too late !!!!!!!! ***********************************************************************************

At rocksberg qld. I took some engine and interior shots but the exposure is wrong. Too much sunshine in qld ha ha. The winter up here is just perfect for classic car driving, sunshine, cool crisp air and no mud. Summer is good for very early morning drives and then find a shady spot for the day. At least all you blokes down south will be getting ready for the summer good weather driving. Cheers,...ron.

Your car looks perfect Ron. I would not need to change anything at all and would be very happy to see that sitting in my garage when I opened the roller door.

Open the windows and cruise like the 70,s. We are all so spoilt with this air con bullcrap wherever we go. Last year we had a 49.5C official day but mine read 52C. It's such a beautiful car Ron and has delayed my builds over the past few years wanting to match that perfection. From heater core to vinyl roof and beyond you sir have done all of us proud.
