Bleeding Brakes & M/C

Hi Guys,
 
I just finished installing my Datsun 120y M/C in the eskie and now I need to bleed the system obviously.
 
My question is that I have since found out I should have bench bled the M/C before installation to ensure there is no air in it.
 
My question is, can i just bench bleed in in situ as it has the bleed screws on the M/C itself for the front and rears even though it is hooked up to the rest of the brake system?

I'm fairly certain it will need to be disconnected from the system and the outlets blocked off to allow you to bleed the master properly. 

There is no need to bench bleed master, it is only done to speed up the bleeding process.
As suggested earlier gravity bleed all circuits one at a time,generally starting from furthest from master. Not sure about going to make a cup of coffee tho, I would monitor the process because if you happen to run out of fluid in the master you will introduce more air in the system and have to start again.
Once gravity bled you should already have a decent pedal, futher bleed each till there is no more air.

All sorted now with a nice hard pedal and no leaks!
 
I ended up gravity bleeding it then the normal pump and hold method.  Had a beer not a coffee though!
