sundowner information?

Hi All.
 
I am new to the classic ford forum. I came across it as i was searching for information for my upcoming sundowner restoration. It has been really great reading some of the threads ( especially the project cars! Awesome!)
 
I only found out sundowners existed about 6 months ago whilst doing research for my original project car a (mk2 escort van).. now the project has got a little more complicated as i recently purchased a sundowner van (which is pretty much a rolling chassis with heaps of boxes of parts).  The problem is i have never really seen a sundowner intact. I was hoping somebody out there might be able to help me out with some decent pictures or brochure scans as i have been unable to find much at all.

    There are a few around IIRC there is a member called sundowner on here just do a thread search and watch ebay / carsales

    escort vans sure do suffer from rust.. i now have two vans both with rust in various spots..
    can anyone tell me if a sunroof was ever an option on the sundowners? also is there any difference  in the actual body of the sundowner as compared to the standard escort van?

    I have a ford cars brochure at home from 79 which has some details, I try scan it over the next few days.
