MK1 2 gauge dash converted to 6 gauge

Hi all, just bought myself a MK1 Escort Panelvan and was wondering how hard it would be to convert the original 2 gauge dash set up to a 6 gauge set up. Cheers

    Not particularly hard. A little surgery and a little wiring depending on which plug is on the 6 dial dash

    Make it go FASTER!

    So pretty much all that'll be involved is cutting a larger hole, getting it all wired up and getting a top part of the dash which suites the 6 gauge set up?

    you can get repro dash tops now made of fibreglass

    the ones i know of come from uk from a place called Yukspeed but im sure if you do a search you,ll find them on there maybe Geoff Wade may do them not sure
