quick shift

folks has anyone tried out these rose jointed quick shift convertors on a 4 speed, be interested to hear wahat you think.

    Had 1 in my mk2 5spd for approx 10yrs, best thing i installed....after a lsd and anti trams bars. 
    buy 1 and will never look back !!
