Manifold identification?

Hi,
Can anyone tell me which ford model this inlet manifold comes from? I think it's got a 28/36 DCD on it, whether that has any relevance?? Thanks

    Looks like an aftermarker one.  Less than desirable because of the way the runners collect.

    I t6hink it maybe a Lynx manifold.
