console with 5 speed

G'day everyone, currently putting a t9 into my mk2 escort, and was wondering what people did with the console? did it need moving back? what did it look like once moved? any pics would be good

    I originally moved mine back - but when I've rebuilt the car its gone back in on the factory support bracket and aligns with the switch console above it (ie: didn't neeed to move it back). The only thing I can put that down to is swapping from the factory gearstick to a Quaife.

    Some people make things happen, others watch it happen and others wonder what just happened - which one are you?

    I makin a whole new one - welded up a frame from ally and then fibreglassing it. Finish will be carbon fibre skin.
