Panel Van colour codes...???

hey guys,
Got, a Mk2 P-van, 1976.  I'm trying to work out its original colour from all the charts around, but none seem to have '3' which is what is stamped on the plates.
Any ideas? Were Vans different from the sedans?

    Code .3.
     
    polar white - for years 1972 to 1974
    port wine  - for years  1972 to 1978
     
    both these colours are code 3 , with a 1976 car I would assume port wine

    port wine reads 1978-
    according to this list.

    Our Van is 1976.
    We were under the impression it was Arctic White? but are pretty confused!

    A quick look at the front of the Ford Workshop Manual for L, XL and Ghia says that code 3 is Polar White.
