high beam switch?

Hi guys, I was driving home from work and my high beams just went out, I flicked the lever back to low beam and they work fine and if I pull it back to the "flasher" position they also work fine on high, so im guessing its something in the switch?.

Try wiggling the high beam fuse.

Could be burnt high beam contacts on the dipper switch they tend to do that with age and if driving lights are fitted without relays.

OK thanks guys I was also thinking it could be a contact issue seeing as how they still work when you flash them. I hav'nt pulled it out yet, is it a matter of just cleaning the contact points or replacing them and the big question is can you get new ones?
