MKII 2ltr exhaust needed

Hi Guys,
 
As part of the roadie I needed to get the exhaust checked to ensure it's legal and it turned out to be 110 db!  A bit above the legal 96db for pre-1980 cars.
 
I was quoted $260 to get it sorted but as I will be throwing away the new exhaust to put my old one back in I don't really want to waste my money on getting a  new one made up that I won't be using long term.
 
Does anyone have an old standard exhaust system lying around that I could borrow or buy for cheaper than that quoted for the new system?
 
Preferably one I can just bolt up to my existing extractors.
 
I am in Doncaster, Vic but happy to travel.
