Escort suspension

Hey guys

Im thinking of upgrading my suspension in my escort ghia.
What im thinking of running is
 -Watts linkage
 -Anti tramp bars
 -2inch retempered leaves
What do you guys think of running this set up keeping in mind the escort is staying a road car, daily driven hard! With a 200+hp SR20DE or Zetec. Car will also be running 13 by 7" rs 4spokes.

Cheers

Don;t waste your time going the panhard or tramp bars.

A good set of leafs (not reset) and good shocks (Koni or Bilstein) will be fine for the street.  If you find you are getting heaps of axle tramp then maybe go the tramp bars.

There are plenty of threads on here with more info.

    Sounds like it'll be fun.

    Good luck,

    Matt

I agree with Matt75, good set of shocks will make a world of difference and a good set of bushes throughout...

On a side note... go with the Zetec engine, gotta keep it in the ford family mate haha
