M16 Caliper repair

Hi

I've got a seized piston in an M16 caliper and I'm looking for a repair kit and new pistons for both; can they be got in Aus or should I be looking to the UK?

    All available in OZ.
     
    Pistons M16 are $55 ea and rebuild kits are $22 ea.
     
    OR
     
    I have new calipers for $275 the pair.

    Thanks for the reply. I managed to free it up so its working for the moment. Some corrosion through the chrome so I'll be looking for new ones soon.
