Capri in Gippsland

G'day all, was wondering if anyone here knows the person with a yellow 1970 1600 capri getting around gippsland, i think the live in Moe, as i always see it out and about. anyways its yellow,  auto, pretty rough. I would love to know if he would sell it. 
 
I seen it before, and was bing a weirdo hanging around waiting for him to come out from where ever he was, then i thought to myself,  I would be not so weird and park my car next to it, so it is not as sus, but as you know it, i just get into my car, being across the road, and out he comes jumps in and drives off, dang.
