Melbourne - Classic Ford Night - Monday 23rd January
A few years back there were a couple of big gatherings at the Kew boathouse on the Yarra Boulevard during summer.
A few of us have decided we are going to get together down there this coming Monday night and are throwing out the welcome to anyone and everyone in Melbourne to come down in your Anglia, Capri, Cortina, Escort, Focus or whatever other small Ford floats your boat.
Informal - rock on up, park it, get out and have a chat. We may even head off and a cruise somewhere a bit later if there is enough interest.
Meet from 7pm onwards, Kew Boathouse Carpark, Yarra Boulevard.

Sounds good,im in!
Would be great if we could get a good turn out of cars.
Years ago when this event was on we used to get 30 or more cars and it would be awesome if we could exceed that figure.
If it goes well,maybe it could become a regular thing in summer months for us Victorian guys???

Mish and the fire breathing, flame spitting, banshee screaming monster!!!!!  Anyone else out there from Melb/Vic willing to throw their hat in the ring and commit to coming along???? Gdub? nacharret? SPEAD? PMR? SK1300? gmgeeman? Jeff Kennet? Shane Warne? Eddie McGuire? Weather forecast for Monday is still saying Sunny and 32 - would be a ripper warm night to go for a cruise.

Yep that's the one! Melway Map 44 ref J 4. Enter from Yarra Boulevard, Studley Park Road end into Boathouse Road.

Nah not for me, too much else going on. Im pretty sure Warnie wont be going either, i heard he is going cycling along beach Rd and Eddie has to be up early for some breakfast show so i think he is out too
