Problems with my weber dgva

As as mine is broken,it is throwing fuel down the guts like a top fuel motor.
I have tried
Carb cleaner,
Smaller jets,
Bigger jets,
New needle and seat,
Adjusted the flot to what the book says
Put a new kit through it , and its still doing it
Its flooding the 1600 motor, i have tried asking the carb place. All i got is bring it over with 400 bucks and we will fix it  The next step is buy a new one from the states 199 usd +shipping. It floods at anything above a idle.

Regards
james

UNDERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the front of the car. OVERSTEER is when you hit the wall with the rear. HORSEPOWER is how fast you hit the wall. TORQUE is how far you take the wall with you.

    Fuel pump.
    The one on the motor.

    Return line
There is only a inlet   fitted on the carb

Hole in the float ?  I've run standard pumps and electric without a return without problems.
