Mk2 fibreglass arches and rego?

Hi all,
Can I fit fibreglass arches (forest or tarmac) to my mk2, and will it still pass rego?, just wondering before I buy a set.
If its no dramas (im in NSW) anyone know where to get a decent set, or anyone to recommend for buying them from.
