spring rate?

hi guys
What is the spring rate for stock 2lt struts? The next thread suggests 190 to 220 pounds for fast road handling, just curious as to what the difference is.
thanks

At the risk of sounding like a smartar5e i would suggest the difference is 30 pounds ...

what they mean by 190-220 is a progressive rate spring.

    Make it go FASTER!
