Which Extractors??

Hi All.
Well before i head off and order yet another shipment from the UK.
What definitive info does everyone have on what are good and bad extractors.
A chat with a local Escort race shop bagged out everything and suggested i get Ashley's
from the UK.
Is it really that bad.
I have heard Genie have gone downhill but is that just hearsay?
Pacemaker, Hurricane (lukey i believe), Janspeed, HI-Tech ??
Which are tuned lenght?
I don't want to blow 30hp of hard earned engine building on dodgy extractors but
can't afford to go custom either.

Thanks in advance.

Best off the shelf ones are the Pacemakers, the Comp ones or standard ones depending on the application.  Lately they seem to be cracking the rear pipe under certain conditions, so brace the bottom of them to a bellhousing bolt with a bracket when you fit them

One of the local race guys does have a set of gonzo's for sale, these are hand made to order in VERY small numbers, they have been ceramic coated and you are looking at $1k plus, if you are still sitting down, email me and I will give you his contact details.

Thanks shaun - as much as i would love them - they are too much for me.
I guess i am looking at off the shelf - but just good off the shelf.

Wazzah you say best off the shelf - is this based on something - i have not heard good things about them.
But i have no idea if a set of ashleys are going to be any better!?

Best commercially available off the shelf as far as power curve and bang for buck.
