Panel beater/restorer in sydney

Hi all
Im looking for a good panel beater/painter for my RS 4 door restoration. Im about to start stripping it and will probably be putting it in a shop around december/january if everything goes to plan. It needs a bit of work but isnt a total wreck and Im not looking for a concourse car, but I do want to fix all the rust properly and have it of a good standard. I know a lot of guys on here have restored cars so Id like some feedback on good bad experiences you've had. Im in wollongong and there isnt much down here.
                 Cheers

Is that Jim from John Newell Smash repairs.  If so, I spoke to you about the car about 2-3 months ago. I tried to send you photos of the car but they wouldnt go through the email system and then I thought " whats the point of sending pics, its not going to change the amount of work that has to be done " so I figured Id just book it in and face the $$$ when its done. Im still getting the work done , just waiting to get rid of my current car to get the RS in the garage so I can strip it. When we spoke you mentioned you werent a fan of soda blasting, I have been talking to people and am also hearing some bad things about this type of stripping. I was really keen to get the car totally stripped so every inch of rust could be located and cut out but I started hearing people say it would cost around $4000 to media blast the car!!!!! Thats way too much just to strip a car IMO.  I dont really care what method is used as long as I can be assured all the rust has been removed. Ive been ripped off once before with this car and a bad paint job so I want this to be the last time I have to do it.
When you say there are a few inline, how long of a wait am I looking at because when I put it in I dont want it to be one of those jobs that takes 2 years to get done. I want it to get in and out as quickly as possible
                                        Cheers
