pinto tranny bolts - what size

basicly got an engine stand, no crane. Picking up motor on the weekend, old school, 2x4 + rope/ chain.
Be horridly awkward if i cant bolt it on with my beer bribed help present.

Would getting same dia bolts from say bunnings work? If so how far in should i expect them to go. (depth + stand = bolt length)
