Banjo Bolts required are  10mm X 1.0 mm and you need 4 x 10mm copper washers to get a propper seal.

I am gettig them from a mate but you can get them from the HEL website or any brake part supplier.  Just google them.

Cheers

Matt

Hey Matt
Here is a pic of the caliper dummy fitted to the strut along with the manifold splitter and a braided hose to suit, everything fits nicely.
Cheers

Sundowner,
Which part are you refering to? hose to strut? or the banjo to splitter?

it is a banjo fitting crimped on he hose and 3/8x24 banjo bolt. banjo is the only option as the splitter inlet design doesn't allow for a flare connection. If you wanted to run a pipe from strut bracket to the caliper as per factory you would need banjo to flare adapter( I almost went that way but because I was getting some braided hoses made up I went one piece braid from inner guard to the caliper.

Here is a pic of a final fit. haven't bled the system yet as I am waiting on the pads. No problems on either full lock as the braided hose is identical to factory hose once it goes through the strut bracket.

Hi Matty,

Great to hear things worked out well.

Can you post more pics of the lines comeing from the caliper to the firewall as well?

Are you running a pedal box?

Cheers,
