Cheers, Ill look into the Pedders shocks when I can. Im also trying to get a few bits together for a hydraulic clutch. The Sapphires and the Granadas share a few bits and the pedal box is one of them. Im using a clutch pedal bracket from a Ford Scorpio (1995 onwards) as the TD versions used a hydraulic clutch and the master cylinder was attached to that. Ill be using a separate reservoir as the Scorpio used the brake master cylinder. As for the slave, Ive got a plate between the bellhousing and the box so I will make up a thick piece of metal and weld it on the side so it will push the clutch fork......thats the plan anyway......got a couple of bits and pieces but some parts even Fords no longer stock so will be sourcing them elsewhere. Good luck.

You will have to post up a few pics of what you do. Always good to see other people's ideas!

Update time! I finaly got some 324mm MK1 RS Focus front disks over from the UK. So I fitted up my E38 BMW 4pot Brembo calipers. I left them black without any brembo stickers so they look standard. Replaced the front wheel bearings too as the front right was getting a bit noisy! I have also taken delivery of ARP, head studs, main studs, rod bolts and flywheel bolts. New cambelt, tensioner, stud and nut. Some gaskets getting ready for engine rebuild. I will wait to get the cosworth pistons and bearings until I know what sizes I need. I know its std bore so hopefuly it will only need .25mm over bore. My black samco full coolant hose set arived too. Here's the brakes.

Thanks. Stops good! When you sending your bits over? Are you getting ready for a freshen up! All I want to do is hydraulic clutch, engine rebuild, new clutch, upgrade diff centre and some new wheels and suspension work. Not much realy.....................

I have all the bits boxed up at my sisters house just need to contact Anglo Pacific with the box sizes and get the quote, then sort out a courier to pick them up and drop off at port to load on ship. Freshen up? sort off, bigger brakes all round engine freshen up gasket set to sort out small water leak, 380BHP chip and other engine component upgrade. Some alloy tanks, engine breather system, big wing sump, strut brace etc etc. Once i start it will probably be off the road for some time, including all suspension off front and rear, engine and box out, and some stuff inside. I also have like you a hydraulic clutch kit too fit up to it.

I think it looks great! I should - it's my old car. PM me if you want any info. This was my first Cossie and hopefully not my last. I've always liked the Saffs particularly the 4x4 with sharks tooth alloys. The 3 doors have grown on me now as have the Escorts. Anyway, you've got a good honest car there and it looks pretty much as I sold it. Enjoy! PS - I spent alot of time wiring the Autronic up properly guided by an Autronic dealer/fitter. I had trouble getting the SMC to turn the fans on as it seemed to conflict with the A/C switch. I gave up in the end. Apart from that the wiring was pretty standard when I sold it. It had Koni's on the rear when I sold it. Oh, also, it has a group a headgasket and the block is wire ringed apparently. Regards.
