I have heard of the cut and shuts method and found this... http://www.ebay.com.au/it...mp;hash=item337ae7ccd6 he can make them to suit the z32/300zx gearbox or the rb25 box. I know you can buy a conversion kit from mazworks,alpha-omega etc etc..but maybe this is an option...i have a 300zx box so might look into this.. Any comments??

hey lads, just got my mk2 with sr20 on the road. i had been holding off redoing the boost piping untill it was on the road. while im at it im wanting to fit a bigger intercooler. its only got a small rx7 one fitted at the moment. just wondering what size others are running and how much cutting is required to fit. its a flat front mk2 and it looks as though ill have to trim the panel under the bonnet catch and re inforce it. any advice would be great cheers

i didnt have too trim too much only the cooler pipe holes, and just below the bonnet latch, but on mine we reinforced the slam panel, you can also see where the locating tabs have been added and teh slam panel reinforcement. i think im running a cooler one size down from mish's and the other way around do the outlets are at the bottom. This might suit an SR as the turbo is low, your welcome to come have a look if you like, you could also show graeme your diff.
