I have had a Twin Cam Steering Wheel which came with my car when I

bought it,

The padding is showing its age,

Is there any recommendations for who to use to restore it,

    I've heard good things about a place called "department of the interior" but I've not used them myself.

    Is it the same wheel as the capris? If so just get another centre pad in better nick both types of capri wheel use the same pad
