Hi All, Thank you for all your emails. Hopefully I have successfully replied to everyone. If anyone has not received a reply over the past few days please let me know at: peterlytton@yahoo.com.au I have some concerns about peoples remarks about the quality of the spoilers, that they are expecting "perfection". The spoilers are considered accurate "concourse" quality. In that they are an accurate replication of the Ford originals, which were far from perfect. The appearance and feel of the spoilers are a true concourse replication. Like the original Ford product they are not perfectly made. We chose to very closely follow the original 1970’s manufacturing procedures, and the end results and product do vary slightly . They mimic the same lumps and bumps and have similar imperfections and slight colour tide lines that we all have been used to since these vehicles were brand new in the 1970’s and 1980’s. However, in 2011, we do have the advantage of nearly 40 years of improvements in plastics technologies. Unlike the originals these spoilers will resist cracking, breaking down and fading. Thank you for your fantastic interest in this project which is inspiring us to plan to replicate other products in the near future!
