Volvo Caliper Rebuild & Conversion

These arrived today.









I am about to rebuild them and cross drill the calipers to allow just the one brake line.

Does anyone have any photos of how to do it?

Also a few sites mention not to break open the calipers as you can get resealing problems. Anyone had any issues with this?

    Here is a link to a volvo conversion for a KE10 Corrolla but al lot of it pertains to the escort.
