mk2 2 door pinto

hey all, im jerry.
just thought i would show u guys the rusty beast im doing up.
its a 2L pinto 2 door mk2 1980.
it was my 2nd car as a teen after i wrote my mk1 off.
been sitting in a paddock for 5 yrs and has lot of rust but thats not guna scare me off.

this is a madium/low budget project, so im doing most work myself.
things done so far.

-got cam ground by tighe cams to mild. head and valves etc in good nic so cleaned head, polish outlet, valve grind etc.

- starter motor etc from ford wreckers redcliffe brisbane. they have bout 15 Escorts.

-new koni shox all round, low king springs on front and clean n paint struts. lowering blocks on rear (for now).

-new discs, pads &reco calipers.
-lower & properly attach seat mounts for sport seats.
-panel beat drop tank.

car is now running and smokes up tyres so easy now. very happy with cam for only $150.
