Lotus Twin cam Esky

Hi all, i am looking for help & info to get my project finished,i have a escort lotus twin cam that i bought a few years ago unfortunatly when it arrived bits were missing & this has delayed finishing the car, i am chasing the gearbox & bellhousing along with the hydrolics clutch fork thrust bearing & clips i have a box & bell housing but if i can get one complete ready to put in i will depending on price ,if any one has any idears or know where any of these bits may be give me a reply
also chasing original Air box Complete & centre console

    Hi There,
    you can buy the clutch fork and pin and reatiner and thruss from Dave Bean parts in the USA , he deals with lotus stuff and I have dealt with them,
    the other stuff,keep your wallet open and your eyes too

    I think you'll find that the Bellhousing and clutch release parts are the same for an Anglia 105e and Lotus Cortina. You often see these bits for sale on eBay UK. Gearboxes don't come up that frequently.

    I have a nearly complete 3 rail box here. Missing the input shaft and a syncro rings but has a lot of stuff you need.

    I also have alloy bellhousings for the twin cam in stock if you want to go that way. Just remember that Twin Cam used a bigger clutch slave cylinder to regular cars so the mount boss will need to be milled out.

    As Bloodyeck said, they are all pretty much stock Ford parts from 1500 Cortina so ask for that when you buy. TC seems to oput the $$ up.
