If you get a copy of the book Ford Escorts Downunder (Marque Publishing)it has a reprint of pretty well all the Aussie magazine reviews / releases. These come up on ebay but I think might still be available from Pitstop Books (online)in WA.
PS: Was it you that bought my mates Daves yellow 4 door? If so the white one he has is one of my old cars.

No that 4 dr is a real RS you only made them in Aus

I agree your probably right to a point but I've been in touch with the Rsoc mk2 Rs 2000 registrar and he is wanting to see soon as I get it here value it . It's going to be novelty factor here as well the only one that will be in the Uk RSOC.

I had a look at my copy of the Escorts Downubnder book and while it has picks of 4 door RS's there is no copy of a magazine article etc.
What I DO have is an original Ford Australia model recognition book which lists all the models numbers for each model and will have a unique model number for a 4 door RS. I'll scan it tonight and post it here, will be a bit hard to argue with that.
PS: These books do come up on ebay, I'll also scan the cover so you can see what they look like.
