which gaz inserts for capri struts

As my other post mentioned im in the middle of building up some capri struts for my late model (small strut top hole) mk2 van,
im unsure which of the following 2 inserts will fit my struts, does anyone know the difference?
im gathering that the english mk2 rs strut is the same as our capri? is this correct?
can anyone advise on what struts i should be purchasing, and will i have issues with the top of these clearing the small hole strut tops im also chasing?

here is the 2 im choosing from.

I have nothing in adjustable right now. Don't buy the RD or Burtons ones as the bearing has too much play in them.

Theres a Ricy place in Sydney (north parramatta?) that has good looking adjustables for about $300. Not seen them but they appear to be OK with a good bearing.

I have some spare spacers here for the spherical bearings so if you get bearings with a 20mm ID these will fit (same as RD/Burton tops)
