Lost timing 1600 x flow

I have lost the timing on my xflow if I set number 1 to TDC where should I the rotor point to is there are a mark on the block as a set point?

    With distributor cap on make a note of where the #1 spark plug lead comes out, which is where the rotor should be pointing.

    Make sure it is actually TDC for #1, the only way to be really sure is to turn the motor clockwise (normal) direction with plugs out and your finger in the #1 plug 'ole. The pressure should rise as the timing mark approaches the pointer. If it doesn't you're 180 degrees out!
