Reverse light switch??

Hey guys just got my 4spd box back from reco, and they guys at the box place threw in a reverse light switch, all it is, is the bit that screws in then speratly the wire bit with the little circle metal inside the boot.. how does this attact to the actual switch?? Sorry if it makes no sense, ill email some photos if needed as i cant upload to CFF.

Ps: can I use any bolt for the pivot bolt on the clutch fork??
