At least if you expect to fail you won't be disapointed. With me there is the right way, the wrong way and the Matt way. The Matt way is the same as the wrong way but faster! I suppose like all things like this it's the finishing off that makes all the difference. I'm it will look great once finished. Matt

Made and fitted my low coolant warning sensor and circuit. Also fitted an audible low oil pressure warning.

Console progressed nicely on the weekend. My work was sped up significantly when I figured out I can accelerate the resin setting to just a few minutes with the heat gun. Rather than waiting overnight. That was a game changer. I found a way to clip some of the parts together to reduce the need for bolting and unbolting now and later.

Nooooooooo. better pics you see all the probs. On the last coat of resin something happened at the first layer - dont ask me how or why - but i got all these patches where it like delaminated. :-( Nothing i can do but take it all back - which i am not doing now! the surface is not so smooth iether. I may go back to it sometime. I will get some better pics when it's clean and daylight.

Hey Matt. I know - its gettin very exciting. I lost a couple of jets for the carby so just got them back in. Front n rear glass. Door skins - I have the material - just have to do the trim. I have ordered carpet and rear seat upholstery from UK - so fit that. Rear parcel shelf and the the little bits - belts n trims. Oh - bonnet and boot. Wow it actually sound like a lot when u write it. U driven yours yet? Those carby seals were pricey!!!!

Yeah gone for a drive. Not running the best as it only really revs to 4k then seems to choke itself. Will get it tuned properly soon. Couldn't believe the price of new seals. They were only $18USD for each carb but the postage was around $50USD. So you'll be up and running in a week or so? Matt
